Recently, the andesite sand and gravel aggregate production line constructed by Dahua Heavy Industry was officially put into production in Indonesia. The production line will provide high-quality sand and gravel aggregates for the core energy project Upper West Sokan Pumped Storage Power Station, helping to speed up the construction of clean energy infrastructure in Indonesia.

 

This project uses andesite as the core raw material. Andesite is similar to granite and black mountain stone in hardness and structure. It is a rock raw material with high hardness and high compressive strength, so it needs to be matched with an efficient crushing process. Dahua Heavy Industry realizes the full automation of production from coarse crushing to finished sand through a customized equipment combination to ensure that the aggregate meets the requirements of high-grade concrete for power stations.
